Delivery
Due to planned Royal Mail strikes on 30th of November, as well as 1st, 9th, 11th, 14th and 15th December, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We kindly request you allow an additional 3-5 days for your order to arrive, if placed during these times.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Orders will be sent via below delivery services and you will receive a shipping confirmation when your item has been processed;
UK Standard Tracked Delivery (3-5 business days)
Free for all orders £50.00 and over
£3.99 for all orders up to £49.99
Ireland Tracked Delivery (2-4 business days)
£7.99 for all orders
From the 1st July 2021, parcels sent to Ireland may incur a customs duty and handling fee, payable by the purchaser.

Please note: Due to increased demand over the sale period, deliveries may take longer than usual to reach you. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on it's way. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK holidays. We aim to process orders with 48 hours however during sale time and after Bank Holiday this maybe longer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to sell products to customers residing outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
We use 100% biodegradable and home compostable packing noodles that dissolve in water.
Returns
- In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s) you may return them within 14 days of receipt of goods. Juice Beauty will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us. All returns must be returned complete, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been used.
- To return an item, please contact us giving the reason for the return as “contract cancellation”. Package the item securely and return it to us so that it is received by us within seven working days after the date that the item was delivered to you.
- Any refund due will be credited via the original payment method no later than 10 working days from receipt of returned items.
